Our Givry blends are produced with the same high standards, the same respect for the land and the same sincerity as our single vineyard wines. Mademoiselle and Empreinte add another layer to our range, with their own style and expression, but still with the signature of the Joblot estate.
A cuvée that blends the estate's oldest Chardonnay vines, planted in 1949 at the top of La Servoisine, with a few bunches from En Veau. The first grapes grown on white limestone give the cuvée power, concentration, and volume, while those from En Veau bring vigor, freshness, and tension. The result is a subtle balance between depth and finesse, richness and precision.
Empreinte is our ‘couture’ cuvée, a blend shaped each year that represents the vintage from all our plots: Clos du Cellier aux Moines, Servoisine, Clos Marole, and Bois Chevaux. It embodies the great Pinots of Givry, reflecting the essence of the appellation in a single bottle, making a harmonious, refined wine with complexity.
