Bourgogne Aligoté
This wine joined our family with the 2024 vintage. We cultivate 80 acres of vines on a north-facing hill in the village of Jambles, located 2.5 km from Givry. The vines were planted two decades ago isolated on a quiet hillside where only a few cows and sheep graze alongside the forest and groves. We wanted to produce a fruity, affordable wine that reflects the same care we put into our other cuvées. It’s a wine sold primarily within a 200-kilometre radius of the estate, in reusable bottles and crates. This wine represents the culmination of our investment in increasingly lower-impact viticulture. A Joblot wine – but lighter on the planet!
